The North Dakota Motorcycle Safety Program (NDMSP) is a total safety package.
In addition to offering safety training and education, the program provides free safety materials, broadcasts safety messages in print and electronic media, and partners with public and private entities to make motorcycling safer for everyone.
The NDMSP is committed to reducing motorcycle crashes, injuries and fatalities.

Experienced Rider Course

Experienced Rider Course (ERC) dates are currently available for Dickinson, Grand Forks and Minot (Pure Honda). The ERC is done in the early part of the riding season, so sign up today to get into an ERC this season. ERC classes have previously been offered in Fargo, Minot, Grand Forks and Bismarck.

No Rescheduling

Prior to confirming a class date and time, make sure it works with your schedule as once you confirm a spot in a class, rescheduling is not allowed and refunds will not be made. NO substitution of another student will be allowed.
No exceptions will be made to reschedule !
Registration Reminder

Click on "Online Registration Information" on the right hand side to register and sign up for a class. (Prior to choosing class type, click on far right column and review the description of each course as there will be no refunds once scheduled)
You must complete all steps and make payment to enroll in a class. If you enroll and do not go through the payment section, you will not have a spot in class. (do not click enter more than once or your credit card may be charged for more than one transaction)
You will receive an email confirmation sheet after successful completion of the sign up process. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please go to right column and click on 'contact us'. (some email providers block these emails) We will mail you a paper confirmation.
When going through the sign up process, write down your dates, times, location and view map.
Be sure the address information you set up on your profile is correct, so you receive your student handbook pre-assignment for the Basic Rider Course prior to your scheduled class.
