The North Dakota Motorcycle Safety Program (NDMSP) is a total safety package.

In addition to offering safety training and education, the program provides free safety materials, broadcasts safety messages in print and electronic media, and partners with public and private entities to make motorcycling safer for everyone.

The NDMSP is committed to reducing motorcycle crashes, injuries and fatalities.

To register for a class, 'create an account'. You can view the schedule prior to setting up an account by following screen instructions. But to register for a class, you will need to create an account. Course descriptions under 'Rider Course', please read over so you register for the correct type of class. Make sure the class you are registering for works with your schedule as once you confirm a class spot, you will be expected to attend as there is no rescheduling. If you do not attend, your registration fee is non-refundable you will need to go back online and register for a future class. Do not press enter twice as your credit card will be charged the number of times you press enter. After selecting a class, follow screen instructions to payment. Have a question, check out 'Frequently Asked Questions'. Still have a question after reading FAQs, click on 'contact us'. Once you register and pay for a class, your screen will take you to class confirmation sheet. (we suggest printing so you have the date and time to attend the class you registered for). You will then receive a student handbook in the mail to the address you set up on your profile prior to your class date.
